Product Launches
The product launch is all about the brand. The venue and the event in general must reflect the values of the brand you are promoting (a funky software launch is perhaps not ideally staged in a classical hotel ballroom and, likewise, a Royal gala dinner might not be best placed in a sparse city warehouse).
Location is essential as journalists are not generally willing to travel to the ends of the earth to help promote your brand! Your event must be easily accessible.
Other areas to consider are creative and interesting invitations, original and relevant entertainment, audio/visual systems and a careful mix of corporate information.
In short, your product launch must be exciting or original enough to attract the press and reflect the brand values as closely and relevantly as possible.
